Woluwe-Saint-Pierre/Brussel

This house is semi-detached with its neighbour, they are of eclectic style of picturesque inspiration designed by the architect Henri Caron in 1909. It was bought by a young couple who wanted to give it a more contemporary style and meet their family needs. A two-level glass veranda was added in place of the former laundry room, linking the ground floor and the first floor, and opening out onto the garden. This very simple contemporary extension fits discreetly into the existing building.
