Uccle/Brussel

The house, located in the Prince d'orange district, is an old country house. It is small for the neighborhood, with only two bedrooms, a very small kitchen, low ceilings and minimal openings to the outside. The owner's main concern was to extend the house to meet the needs of a family of five, while meeting current standards of habitability. As the urban planning regulations are very restrictive, the project is based on 3 extensions, above the garage, on the roof and on the rear façade, in a very sober contemporary style so as not to interfere with the picturesque style of the house.
